    I do not have an exact recipe, as one is not really required, but I cook variations of this often:
    Get meat in bite sized pieces (works with chicken, beef or pork - my personal favourite is pork).
    In a large skillet brown meat and some chopped onions in a bit of olive oil.
    Add any diced vegetables you like (I like zucchini or mushrooms or leeks, or any combination of these personally).
    Cover with beer, lower the heat to medium and let the food cook until meat is tender. Stir occasionally and add water if needed. Add salt and pepper to taste when the food is almost done.
    Serve with rice or french fries.
    Same recipe works also with liver, if you like liver.

    I recently made a beer bread that was w/ rosemary and parmesan, not cal friendly but good! Not too long ago Al Roker placed a whole chicken on top of a can of beer & cooked it in the oven....looked good!
