Fitness Class

I'm in a fitness class. We do strength training (varying exercises targeting various muscle groups). The trainer said that each class burns approximately 500 calories. How do I add this? I can add the name, weight, reps, etc, but not calories burned. If I cannot add this, I'm losing "points" so to speak.

    The trainer misspoke. There's no way s/he can give you one calorie number that is close to accurate for everybody in the class. Search the threads using "body pump calories" to see how others log it.

    If you log the type of exercise and the duration it should work out the number of calories specific to your BMI
