Fighting menopausal weight gain :( HELP

Hi, New to the forums, would love it if anyone has any secrets to help fix the menopausal changes( weight gain, etc. ) due to surgery I was tossed into early menopause, did use hormone replacements, gained allot of weight. I have lost 50, but seem to be at a stand still with 30 more to go. Any input would be great.

Hi angleviner, new to the forum too. Recently read the news article on the best way to counter weight gain is only through physical activity after menopause.
