Hello FitFam, My name is Steve and while using this application I lost 100lbs. After being obsessed with loosing the weight, once i obtained my goal I did not know where to funnel all the positive energy. 5 Months ago i decided to compete on the National Men's Physique stage. I decided to hire a coach and learn from someones experiences.
Well here I am 2.2 weeks out, excited, nervous, and though I am not the lightest i have ever been; I am in the best shape of my life.
No matter where you are in your fitness journey I would love to become fitness pals with you and support each other along the way!
