Maintaining weight

I have been able to hold my weight at around 350lbs for the last 2 months, since this vein reflux crap in my calves happened. They hurt like hell and between them and my back my life is pretty shity and trying to get those compression hose on just wrenches my back, by myself it takes 20-30 min to put on.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. Have your therapists also given you good sitting exercises to help improve your circulatory health?0

1200 calories seems awfully low unless medically supervised?). I think the minimum that MFP recommends for a man is 1500.

Yes I know, I keep it low for piece of mind but most of time I do stay close to 1200 because I can't excersize right now0
