    If you're talking about the Brazilian steakhouse type dinner experience, it completely depends on how much you eat.

    Like McCindy said, it is a kind of Brazillian style fair. My experience was they bring out slabs of meat on skewers and carve off pieces for you, with servers coming out with different types of meat every few minutes.

    Calories would depend entirely on what types and cuts of meats you had.

    I remember trying to put down anything even close to comparable to it back when I went. You could look at February 16th in my diary, but honestly I should probably have put down triple that.

    You know, it may feel awkward, but you can always bring a scale with you and measure the chunks of meat they cut for you. I think it's less concerning to feel a little awkward than to derail your weight loss efforts! And in any case, why not choose to go on a cheat day? How often do you get to splurge on food as amazing as rodizio?

    Alternatively, and less accurately, you could photograph the chunks next to items in your purse/wallet and later use that to guesstimate the size. A quick Google search of "what does 4 oz of pork look like" will show you. I'm thinking the scale would be more effective though...
