What should I call my calorie counting book?

Hi all,
I'm in the process of writing a Kindle book and creating an online video course on how to use calorie counting (specifically MFP) to lose weight without spending a ton of time tracking. I have a few ideas for titles, but would love to hear your thoughts. Which of these titles grab your attention the most and make you want to learn more about the book/course?
Thanks for your feedback! I really appreciate it!

Calorie Counting Made Easy: How to Lose Weight Counting Calories in Less than Five Minutes a Day
This one. It states clearly and directly the purpose of your book in the first few words. The first one is more vague, and the third one denotes, to me anyway, a fast, fad diet.
Good luck, hope it sells.

Possibly, but I want people to know it's about calorie counting so I can target my audience to people like the MFP crowd. Not everyone will like the idea of counting calories and I don't want to mislead people.
I don't mind not appealing to everyone as long as I'm appealing to the right people. Thanks for the feedback!0
