Tip on staying away from evening snacking

Found a new way of stopping my evening snacking....my mum has put an alarm on my phone at random times and as the alarm she has said random funny comments/quotes etc! Its a suprise and really makes your mind think step away and smile about it

    I know I like to eat before bed while I do schoolwork so I make sure to save calories just for that lol no way I'm giving up my midnight snack nope nope nope.

    I find that brushing my teeth, then painting
    my nails, helps avoid mindless snacking immensely! Or if you're not crazy enough to do your nails over every night like me, any kind of crafting hobby that keeps your hands busy will do.

    I limit myself to only certain foods I'll snack on after 8pm...cereal. ..popcorn. ..chicken wings...any Chinese leftovers...maybe a few chips...grapes...cheese..and ummmm what else is in there...eh maybe a granola bar.

    I drink a lot of green tea. It tastes great, has zero calories and is good for you :)
