What is the 20 20 diet ?
Sister bought it. I read through it last week.
20 approved foods that boost your bodies ability to burn calories.
5 day cycles (quite a few restrictions), 20 day cycles (less restrictions).
A whole lotta Dr. Phil discussing depression, guilt and reasons people eat (and overeat).
'No' to caffeine, dairy, sugar, wheat...except on cheat meals
'yes' to whole foods.
Some decent info about macros.
Not much in the book for exercise, weight training. He recommends it, but most of it was cardio related and he is advocating 'intense, shorter' cardio sessions.
There ya have it. My first book review.
I'll give it 4 stars and wish you good luck.
On a side note...it doesn't suit my life but lots of people say its the bees knees so good luck to you and keep us informed.

Might be good for inspiration? As long as OP remembers to keep up with healthy habits after 20/20 is done with...0

Foods don't boost your ability to burn calories in any significant way.

I wasn't aware that any of Dr. Phil's qualifications/degrees/whatever were in the area of diet, weight loss or nutrition.
