I need to build arm strength

My arms are very weak compared to my legs, I have been doing Bodypump but I'm still struggling with my arms. What is the best exercises to build strength for biceps and triceps? Thanks

    Body pump DOESN'T increase strength.................it increases muscle endurance. If you want to get stronger, you keep your reps at 6 and under and use as much weight as you can for those reps with good form.

    Barbell bicep curls
    Pushups with arms close to body (tricep pushup)

    Start with those. When you can do more than 6 reps with good form, add resistance. Progressive overload is needed to add strength.

    Because you lift less resistance for 10 reps versus 6 reps for any given exercise. If STRENGTH is desired, high weight/low reps are a better strategy.
