Looking to add oatmeal to make breakfast more filling. Need low carb oatmeal suggestions.

This is VERY GOOD with 8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk warmed up, and then you mix it into 1/2 cup of the pre-mixed instant grain free cinnamon oatmeal.0 -

Oatmeal is not low carb. I don't understand the question. If you want to bulk up your oatmeal so that you have a larger serving, without adding TOO many more carbs, you can make zoats. Sorry, that's the best I can do.

It sounds weird but sometimes I make an oatmeal soup! It's basically oatmeal, green onions, broth, and ham. I don't use an exact recipe, just sort of throw things together and it's really good. I think I got the idea from an Irish cookbook a long time ago.0
