Hey, sorry its late with the update, ive been pretty busy with school and such, but i mean we dont have to have to have our exact weights from the beginning (unless you have them!), we can start from where we are now! as well ill start making these monthly!


(set the day that suits you best, i set them for the first and last day of the month and on fridays but if you weigh in on tuesdays or dont want the extra weigh ins, change the days)

    well thanksgiving happened, and ive been drinking lots this weekend. hopefully i get back on track but i know i gained this weekend

    Loss/gain for the week: two weeks of no weight loss-my pattern so well start of the week and by end of week motivation is lost in the jungle

    Successes- aware pattern has to change. 6 more days to goal of 83kgs!! I CAN DO THIS!!!

    Loss/gain for the week: focussed my efforts, if I'm going to get my end of month goal I was going to have to focus every time I was going to eat. It has worked, I intend to keep at this focus.

    Struggles or successes of your week: struggles - my cravings for sweets after a meal and intention to grab a quick something when I am stressed!
    Successes- I am VERY AWARE of real hunger versus stress hunger. I drink more water, or a cup of warm water for comfort-instead if a bar of chocolate. So far it works. Which makes me think my brain seeks comfort and I do not need to provide it the calories as it's worked.
