When should I weigh myself? I generally do morning and before bed.

In general, the time that is most consistent/comparable is right when you get out of bed. If you sleep nights, that means in the morning. If you sleep days, it would be night/afternoon. Get out of bed, go to the bathroom, strip, and weigh before you drink or eat anything.0

I weigh first day of every month. First thing after bathroom and then put the scale away till next month.0
