    It's important to understand that it is a lifestyle change. There are many people who need to track calories forever because if they don't, they will fall off the wagon. There will be a lot of times where it feels like its 2 steps forward and 1 step back. There may be weeks that you don't lose or even gain, but it's important to understand and be patient.
