Skinny kid to a little overweight teenager to flat stomach tone arms (200lbs)20 year old to wife kids 30 year old husband at 275lbs. Wanna reach my goal of back when I was 20 something. I have been this weight before and lost 25 pounds in a month just doing the insanity workout from home. Didn't change my eatting habits. But i gained it all back because I ended up getting gout in both my ankles and couldn't move to save my life. I started doing insanity again but only on days my ankles will let me, I'm going to be trying a low carb diet this time with the workout. So if any of you have tips suggestions on the food part please let me know
