Love this app, helps me keep track of everything! Been exercising just using YouTube and weights and eating ALOT better and ALOT less. Just say no to the junk food, if i can do it! You can do it :)

    I've been at it for close to 3 weeks - it's amazing how quickly your body reacts to new habits. I feel so much better, body and mind. That's a big motivator to keep at it for sure!

    I'm on day 5 and lost 3lbs already. So pleased. This site is so good for tracking everything and keeping me on track.

    Awesome start!! I remember someone saying that the second week is the hardest! So just remember that and don't let things derail you. It's a long term goal :)
