Do you count a full 26 minutes for workout or the 3 6 minute sections to total 18?

I count the full 26 minutes especially since the warm up includes jumping jacks and stuff.0

how do you calculate the circut training, I've been doing a ton of JM videos and I can't figure out the best way to count it...
I could not find circut training as an option0 -
I have done both and I'm not satified with either! A HRM is in the mail on its way to my house to solve this problem. Then I'll know the calories burned for sure!0

I do 25 minutes of Circuit Training - General. I decided to count the warm up as part of the workout since you are doing jumping jacks, etc. to get your heart rate up, not just static stretches or something. I don't count the last minute or two since that's just sitting on the floor or doing leg stretches0
