Is too much seltzer bad?

Hey guys! So even if it's seltzer isn't it true that if you are having TOO MUCH carbonation that it can still be bad? I've heard this in the past and I'm curious what you guys think about it.
I find drinking seltzer personally can get my soda carbonation fix been drinking just that and water for the past few days. Just don't want to be drinking possibly too much seltzer because I've heard it could stretch your stomach...
Also quick question to any users that have been using the app for a while. As you lose weight does this app start to change your calories to a lower number to help you with continuous loss?

    Not entirely true at all. There are plenty of things that you can eat throughout the day that there is no such thing as too much.

    Well, it depends on how much is "too much".

    If you sat down and guzzled two gallons of seltzer water (or plain water) in one sitting, you'd end up with hyponatremia and probably die from brain swelling due to the severe electrolyte imbalance. So yes, too much is bad for you.

    there is definitely such thing as too much. you can have to much oxygen.

    I drink soda stream seltzer water every day. I'm not keen on flat water. Been doing it for years and haven't had any ill effects.
    Every 5-10 lbs recalculate your goal.

    Then that would not be too much.
    Moderation is the key in anything.
    One can lose weight eating only candy bars but one's health would suffer and it would be hard to maintain.
    If you wonder if you are using to much you probably are.

    How much are you drinking? If it has no sugar or other additives, you're okay. However, if you're like me and have a sensitive stomach(IBS), all that carbonation can cause severe bloating and upset your stomach.
