MFP has my calories set at 1670. My nutritionist says that I should eat 1500 a day. I have it set at 1550 right now is that ok??

how active are you?0

The proof will be in your scale's readout. If the readout is not as expected then recount and adjust as needed. You may want to start with the higher number however.0

I would talk to your nutritionist. Find out how your 1500 goal was derived and if exercise was included. If so what calorie burn through exercise has been allowed.
How much are you expecting to lose a week? One goal could be different than the other.
MFP is catering to the masses, you have been given an individual diet. Ask the questions.
Cheers, h.0
