How much weight will I gain after binging for 3 days in a row?

How much should I expect to see the scale jump according to the number of calories I ate over the past few days. I completely lost it and don't know how to get out of this binge eating phase. Tomorrow's my weekly weigh in.
Tuesday: 7000 calories :open_mouth:
Wednesday: 1800
Today: 2800 calories

You just need some motivation...You can do this! Do not give up! You have steered off course, straighten the wheel and keep going! DO NOT GIVE UP! Weigh in tomorrow, see where you stand. Start again tomorrow. Losing weight is a process and it is definitely not easy. So, just get back up and start over.

No one can tell you because
    1) you have not included your maintenance calories
    2) the types of food that people binge on generally cause bloating

More importantly, 1800 calories IS NOT A BINGE. Not by a long shot. 2800 may be overeating, but probably wouldn't be considered a binge, either. If you consider 1800 calories a binge, I suspect the reason that you are binging is because you are undereating on a regular basis. At 19, you would probably loose weight on 1800, especially if you are at all active.

Thank you for the encouragement! It is very much appreciated

My maintenance is 1550-1600 calories. I don't consider 1800 a binge, but I definitely consider it overeating. I eat at maintenance on a typical day and don't need a whole lot since I'm not active throughout the day.

I can gain a pound a day...but if it's only 3 days, you should lose it within a few days..
