Any tips on what foods to eat during nightshift? Mega will power to stay away from the chocolates

  • I take in chopped fruit and breakfast biscuits to have with my cuppa. Don't know if this will suit but works for me.

    Small handful of nuts e.g almonds/walnuts, really good for you and packed full of protein and has a good amount of fibre to fill you up

    Juice with chia seeds. My favorites are root juice and carrot juice, veggies and protein!
