I always drink water,no any bverage

    Water with lemon? Or you can cut up fruit and put it in your water over night in the fridge it will taste good

    I put tea bags and sweetner and cream in my water.

    I drink sparkling water, coffee, coke zero, 7-up free, more coffee, diluted squash, water with a sachet of emergen-C in it during gym workouts, occasional tea, Malbec, Cava, more coffee

    As long as both are urinary output is pale/straw yellow and we are logging any calories then it's all good

    I mainly just stick to water too, but occasionally for taste I have sparkling mineral water the sparkling OH brand is minimal calories. And also fruit infused water.

    Well, I drink mostly water, but I do also drink diet coke. Nothing wrong with that.
