Like everyone here, I'm looking for support! Long time yoyo dieter that has been back on for the last 3 weeks and lost 8 lbs from my all time high of 220 (I'm 5' 4"). I'm finally ready to make the lifestyle change - I'm in it for the long haul. Looking for friends to help encourage me who I can encourage back!
