Successes/struggles this week: Bought my first first set of dumbbells (5-20 pounds each to start) and began a few exercises last night from a list I've been tweaking-- writing up full weekly plan tonight. Made my first famous green smoothie in months& paired it with homemade oil-free kale crisps for a perfectly lonesome horror movie marathon. Countered that by scarfing down the leftover pizza and wings at 6 am that I ordered earlier this week. Was after a nap, so I'll be logging it today. Oops.. No excuses, these things are never accidents. Haven't been drinking nearly enough water, either. Next week will be vastly different, I'd rather get back to being hyper conscious to the point of obsessive as I was than continue in this state neglect.
