    Chocolate cravings were my biggest struggle this week. For the most part I was able to fight them. I gave in a couple times, but didn't over do it.

    Successes/struggles this week: Yeesh, scale went in the wrong direction! Not shocked considering I didn't eat too well this week and didn't get in my normal exercise, so I'm definitely to blame. This week is my birthday week but hopefully I don't screw up my eating too terribly!

    Successes/struggles this week: This week I had a special dinner with my extended family. We are Italian so pasta was the main course. I overindulge with the meal and dessert and it set me back about 3 pounds.

    Successes/struggles this week: enjoyed eating this weekend. Not happy with the results of that but celebrating birthdays and other successes is part of life and we had a good time. Back at it hard the last 3 days, just hope the scale starts moving down again so I don't lose my motivation.

    Weight lost/gained this month: 1.4lbs gained in the first week but I have made progress and total loss for the month is 2.2lbs

    Successes/struggles this week: It started off not very well this week as had family get together at the weekend but I was really good after and I made up for it! I am very happy with my loss after gaining the first week! I haven't been doing any exercise this week so that is my goal over the next week, to move more!

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm all over the place with my weigh-in dates... It's hard when you don't have your own place to live. So I'm stagnant... I've been better with eating habits lately, haven't had junk food in a week. I quite drinking diet soda! YAY! started drinking more tea again.. better. but I'm still stagnant. I know I can get down to 127 by December I KNOW I CAN! <3

    Successes/struggles this week: Considering that for the 1st week of November I ate horribly and hardly exercised, I am surprised by losing. But I am back at it and I learned, well I reminded myself, that what I eat and how much/little I move does make a difference in how I feel. This week I have been back at it and am loving how I have been feeling. I look forward to my walks and am pushing myself to go faster.

    Successes/struggles this week: I dropped down to 194, but then had a pasta dinner and desserts with extended family. Not good, put on 3 pounds. Then had ribs another night and put on a 1 more. Back at it with clean eating and hitting the gym. I will reach my target this month. Personal training sessions going great. I feel the muscled I am building and clothes fitting a little better. Hope everyone is doing well!
