W1,D2, Level 2 - completed 8 on my final round and... did W1, D2, Level 2 of the 200 situp one too - finished with 20 situps:D0

W1D3L3 - I repeated this today. I'm struggling a bit too much to think I should move on to W2.

I totally lost motivation for this for week 2!! I can't believe I let it slide like that.
I'm going to do a session a day this week to make up for it and then take breaks like I'm supposed to. I gotta get these arms ripped!0 -
On to week 2...
W2,D1, Level 2 - completed 15 on my final round! I'm amazed at how quickly the strength is coming along! And... did W2, D1, Level 2 of the 200 situp one too - finished with 17 situps - less than I was finishing with last week but... way more situps in the sets!0 -
W2D1L2 Max set = 11. Total 47.0

W2D2 Column 2, max of 15 (barely) Total of 55! I am hurting, I will probably have to repeat this week, but I can totally tell a difference!0

Have finished week 1 with the following:
W1D1L2 - 6,6,4,4,12 total 32
W1D2L2 - 6,8,6,6,12 total 38
W1D3L2 - 8,10,7,7,12 total 44
So making slow progress, but at least its progress. Not liking the look of the end of next week but if I manage to complete it all then at least I'll know I'm getting somewhere. Good work everyone!0 -

Thanks! Good luck to you as well. I'm doing the same and I added the 200 squat challenge as wellJust got done Day 1. Everything is burning... Arms, Legs, Stomach... The burn is addicting though

Week 2 done! Did the following:
W2D1L2 - 9,11,8,8,13 total 49
W2D2L2 - 10,12,9,9,13 total 53
W2D3L2 - 12,13,10,10,16 total 61
Although I don't feel like I'm making that much progress I did manage to do 16 on my last max effort and doing the first 12 on day 3 did seem ok (ish). So maybe I'm slowly getting there.
