    W1,D2, Level 2 - completed 8 on my final round and... did W1, D2, Level 2 of the 200 situp one too - finished with 20 situps:D

    W1D3L3 - I repeated this today. I'm struggling a bit too much to think I should move on to W2.

    How's the push up challenge going Everybody!

    I did 50 push ups with a max of 14 today!
  • I totally lost motivation for this for week 2!! I can't believe I let it slide like that. :(
    I'm going to do a session a day this week to make up for it and then take breaks like I'm supposed to. I gotta get these arms ripped! :)

    On to week 2...
    W2,D1, Level 2 - completed 15 on my final round! I'm amazed at how quickly the strength is coming along! And... did W2, D1, Level 2 of the 200 situp one too - finished with 17 situps - less than I was finishing with last week but... way more situps in the sets!

  • W2D2 Column 2, max of 15 (barely) Total of 55! I am hurting, I will probably have to repeat this week, but I can totally tell a difference!

    Sit up challenge: W1D2L2 Max 25... 88 total

    Tricep dips challenge: W1D2L2 Max 15... 49 total

    Have finished week 1 with the following:

    W1D1L2 - 6,6,4,4,12 total 32
    W1D2L2 - 6,8,6,6,12 total 38
    W1D3L2 - 8,10,7,7,12 total 44

    So making slow progress, but at least its progress. Not liking the look of the end of next week but if I manage to complete it all then at least I'll know I'm getting somewhere. Good work everyone!

    I have to be honest, I didn't want to do this today. But I guess if I wanted to do it each time then it wouldn't be a CHALLENGE. So, I did it, and felt glad that I had!

    For W2D2L2 I was able to do 13 in the max set for a total of 53.

    Thanks! Good luck to you as well. I'm doing the same and I added the 200 squat challenge as well :D Just got done Day 1. Everything is burning... Arms, Legs, Stomach... The burn is addicting though :D

    Week 2 done! Did the following:

    W2D1L2 - 9,11,8,8,13 total 49
    W2D2L2 - 10,12,9,9,13 total 53
    W2D3L2 - 12,13,10,10,16 total 61

    Although I don't feel like I'm making that much progress I did manage to do 16 on my last max effort and doing the first 12 on day 3 did seem ok (ish). So maybe I'm slowly getting there.

    Bring on week 3!

    I'm going to be doing the pushup, situp, squat and dips programs (links listed below). Dips/Squats will be on alternating days with Pushups/Situps.

    Dips: W1D1L3 Max: 15, Total: 61
    Squats: W1D1L3 Max: 17, Total: 64

    I finished week 1 today. I had to repeat a couple days. But I finally made it through the "week" and it's nice to see a little progress.
