    I'm visiting my parents in Florida for Christmas - going on December 19 and aiming to lose 10 pounds by then! I am starting at 192. Hoping to be at 182 by Christmas! Stay motivated, everyone :)

    I've weighed in today so start weight is 12 stone or 168lb Goal weight for christmas is 11 stone or 153lb. It's gonna be tough.

    I would like to join. My goal is 20lbs. Not realistic by Christmas so I'm going to aim for 10lbs. The more the better. I am glad other people are up for this and I am glad I am not alone :)
