counting down the days!!! Bulking+thanksgiving= happiness lol. My kidneys are gonna hate me after I put them through the amount of turkey I eat lol. Who else is making their thanksgiving feast a "bulking excuse" cause I know I sure am! I'm not calling it a binge.....I'm just saying "it's alright I'm bulking" :p. What are you guys most excited for? IMO I'm definitely a turkey and green bean casserole advocate. A majority of my meal will be that, along with the obvious mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes, bread, candy carrots...etc. gains will be made....that's is all.

Haha mine last year was amazing as well! I came back home from working in NY and was definitely deprived of both good food and calories, and came home November 23 right before thanksgiving....lets just say there may have been some heaving at the end of the night haha. Not that I binged, but my body was not used to all the fat/ amount of food. It was definitely worth it though B)

4,000 you say? Given the amount of cashews, bacon, chips & dip, and beer I'll consume while watching football and throughout the build-up to the big meal... Easy.

it might be higher than that …i never really accurately log on that day, so I am just going with a range…no way, I am weight out all my portions..

Oh yeah, I'd never weigh that stuff out... just going off of the eyeball test and knowing how much beer and cashews I will eat watching football, I'll be close to 3k going into the meal... lol. and then throw in some pie and ice cream to finish it all off... 4k will be crushed.... haha.

The only reason I'd weigh anything out on thanksgiving would be to see how many lbs of turkey I get down, not for calorie count lol :D easily will hit over 5k for the day though.
