I am soooo hungry!!

I really seem to be missing that extra 500 calories!
I've been trying to eat more protein and high fibre foods,
drinking lots of water but I am still hungry!

Has anyone experienced this? Any tricks to get over it?

    Hang in there, everyone feels that way. I have a picture of myself on the fridge of when I was in great shape and that kind of helps with the cravings and hunger.

    not sure I know the whole story here.. why are not having the 500 cals? You're hungry at the moment or hungry all day you mean?

    If it's at the moment you can try drinking a glass of milk, or an apple, it's keep you from feeling deprived and going the binge route instead.:bigsmile:

    If it's during the day you get hungry, perhaps spread your meals out through out the day...healthy snacks in between... a carb/protein combo works well!
  • I just cooked up brown rice and vegies doused in soy and oyster sauce...
    THAT worked! I'm so full!
