Hi, All!

This is a follow on from the October 2015 Weight Loss Challenge. It works the same way: You set your own goals, then weigh in each week. (Feel free to change the weigh-ins to suit your own schedule.) Everyone is welcome, no matter what your goals may be. You don't need to have done the October challenge to join in November. (In fact, you can join at any time.)

    Successes/struggles this week: Self control. Lost 24 lbs from 142 to 118 over one year by fanatical calorie counting and exercising. Burnt out at 118 lbs and coasted for a while ... going back up 15 lbs to 134. Having a hard time going hard core again. Trying Ideal Shake diet to limit choices and stay controlled. Plan to exercise 3-5 days per week.

    Generally struggling with weight gain of about 10lb from my goal which I worked so so hard to achieve. Maintained for a number of years and scales now creeping up. Finding it hard to hang in there and believe I can do it again! Thanks for this challenge! Just what I need!

    Successes/struggles this week: Struggle - I started my BeachBody 3 Day Refresh yesterday and I am having a hard time today not snacking. It seems when ever I try to stick to a strict regimen, even for only 3 days, the cravings are more. I had some spicy pretzels that I made this morning for a fund raiser and need to get them OUT OF MY HOUSE! Success - I have gotten up early every morning to do my workout and then go for a run or walk.
