Had an abismal week the week I signed up for this challenge but I rallied and didn't weigh myself for 2 weeks so I could focus on health and not on weight and committed to tracking and exercise and I'm thrilled to say I made my goal two weeks early.
I want to remember that I can't let a bad week/day throw me into a month long binge where I wake up in January with cake in my bed and chocolate in my hair! I can turn it around!
My goal now is to make it through a challenging week away for thanksgiving without gaining. I'll be thrilled to maintain.0
