    I have been going to Spinning class alot in last few weeks. I am seeing improvement to stubborn areas around hips and thighs so I am quite pleased :-)

    GW:130-140 (not sure to be honest)

    Ever since I hit ONEderland over my birthday weekend, I've hit a plateau but that just means great things are about to happen!

    My words of encouragement is this: The biggest thing that's helped me during my journey thus far is patience. Without it, it's easy to give up and giving up is the last thing any of us want to do because we'll be right back where we started.
