Okay so today I started with walking around a track about 10 times ....I think I lost count but anyway for right now I don't have a gym membership so was wondering is there any other workouts I can do without equipment?

If you have access to youtube you can find tonnes of at home workouts. You can also set up your own circuits, eg: pushups, situps, lunges, squats, tuck jumps, etc. and then do each exercise for a set number of reps or a set time limit and then repeat through the circuit as many times as you can. There are also phone apps that give you exercises and time limits for circuits for you.

Do you have pinterest? A simple search for 'Fat Burning routines' or 'Work out plans' will bring up LOADS of non-equipment based plans! It's brilliant :)

Hi, welcome to the site and good luck with achieving your goals. If you can, try using the 'mapmywalk' app, it tracks your walk for you so you don't need to count the laps. It also links through to here so you get credit for the calories burnt.
