MFP is a calorie counting site. It has been very helpful to me to lose weight and maintain it at a healthy range. You do not need points at MFP
Good luck in your healthy journey

There is a way to log ww pts online but not on the app. I just set it up. I love seeing both calories and points used. I prefer to use points on mfp

If you're doing the MFP thing, you have to log everything you eat because when Calorie Counting is the method, all of the calories count.

WW uses a different method. I know some people do both, to compare the results (and just see the calories!), but if you want to do both, it's best to follow the WW rules and then log every single thing you eat into the MFP. :)
