Has anyone else experienced this?

Well, I was on a very even plane-losing every week, the same day, the same amount (two pounds)-very consistently. Seems like now, all of a sudden (two weeks now) on my weigh-in day, I'm the same, sometimes one or two pounds heavier, but two or three days later, I am down where I was supposed to be that couple of days prior. So it actually seems as though I'm losing every 9/10 days????

Now I know everybody's body is different. And I know these things can happen, however, I'm pretty confused. I don't know why this is now happening-as I've not changed anything...

The only thing I can think of (which one of MFPals confirmed may be happening) is that I sometimes drink water pretty late at night. But has this happened to anyone-at all? I'm getting pretty frustrated!

I really hope someone else has gone through this and can give me some MUCH NEEDED insight...

Thanks guys

Weightloss tend to happen more quickly in the beginning and slows down near the end. Initial changes in diet "shock" the body and it drops the weight. For 36 pounds, the closer you get to the 20 mark the more slowly the weight will drop off and even more slowly when it comes to the last 10. Just the way the body works. Keep at it and even a loss every 9-10days is better than no loss or even a gain. Patience is key. You'll get there in the end, have faith in that.
