Greetings from Australia.
I just returned from a vacation mostly in Florida and as much as I loved it, I barely fit on the thrill rides and struggled on planes.
I'm just starting today with a plan to build muscle and burn fat. My goal is to drop 33kg (72lb).
I want to travel more, but want to get into shape to enjoy it and would love to make some friends from all over the world in here.0 -

Hi all, I'm 36 and happily married with 2 great kids. Over the past few years I've put career ahead of myself and haven't invested nearly enough in my health. I'm now 242lbs - the highest weight I've ever been and realise it can't go on! I'm starting to feel the strain of this weight and I've resolved to get back to a healthy more manageable weight.
I want to start first by eating right and committing to that and then ease in to a good exercise routine

Hello! I just started up yesterday after reading a post from a member regarding PCOS. The food and exercise diary is awesome! It makes it so much easier to stay in a calorie limit if you can SEE what your numbers are. I also workout with Bodies in Motion, P90X and a few others...I just got CIZE as well so if anyone wants a workout buddy for those or anything really I'm here!
