It used to be porridge with honey and coffee

Now, and for months it's been egg white scrambled with spinach, mushroom, laughing cow light, ham on toast and coffee

    Coffee is a constant

I pretty much always have this type of rye bread.

It's my favorite for breakfast or snacks. Sometimes I pair it with a yogurt in the morning.

Leftover turkey breast and chocolate pie on the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Other than that, I don't really have one that stands out other than maybe homemade cinnamon rolls and chocolate milk.

My usual breakfast starts with a cup of coffee with three tablespoons of vanilla creamer. Sometimes I'll have a water-packed fruit cup and/or a packet of peaches and cream oatmeal made with a half cup of milk in addition to the coffee. I'm not really a morning person and sometimes the idea of food when I first get up is super unappealing.

Ugh, I hate breakfast. lol At least any breakfast that occurs before like 10:00 a.m.

That said, this morning I had leftover pizza. But it wasn't until about 10:45 so I guess that's "brunch". :)

My boyfriend recently got me a bunch of little Ghiradelli chocolate squares, dark chocolate with salted caramel, so I've been using those in breakfast--nonfat plain Greek yogurt, one Ghiradelli square broken up into it, pomegranate seeds, brown sugar. It's absolutely amazing!

When I don't have chocolate, it's pretty much the same thing except with other fruit in it, like a pear or an apple. Or swap out the Greek yogurt for some oatmeal.

I would have to say low fat vanilla greek yogurt with fruit and granola, or an egg white omelet loaded with veggies
