So, i've lost almost 35 pounds since september and i couldn't be anymore excited. I started at 250 and now im down to 215! my original goal was 200, but now im more determined and motivated to go further and further. Now since i know it gets tougher to lose weight once you start, does any one have any tips to help me with these 15 pounds and even for after my first goal?! I'm about 6'0 and eat around 1500 calories a day. I guess i do have a diet, its just not very "strict". And for how working out goes, I usually i walk 3-4 miles a day on top of work where im constantly on my feet walking back and forth for atleast 7 hours. I would really love to build my endurance as well.. Thanks for the tips and support!

Wow, congratulations on your milestone! You look so happy!
I found that the more weight I lost, the more important accurate logging was. It's kind of a boring answer, but it was really the most important thing as I got closer to goal.

Weight loss is 100% diet strictly speaking. But exercise can give you a nice buffer, make you look better and let you eat more. All of the win! Accurate logging is definitely the thing that will keep you going. Well done so far, you're doing great!0
