    Successes - getting reassessed at gym - discovering my body type and cleaning up my diet! all good.
    Struggling to get used to so much fat/protein and so little (25%) carbs. they are my comfort and downfall - but any sign of stress and i reach for them immediately. that culinary comfort blanket needs to be binned! :)

    I'm having a really stressful time at the moment and feeling unhappy (work related). Not getting to the gym as much as I'd like because of limitations on my time (also job related) and defaulting to my factory settings: pigging out.

    The stress is going to be ongoing so I need to find another way of dealing with it. I've also had an injury that has prevented me from running at the weekend, which is my go-to stress buster. Feeling sorry for myself, but really need to stop wallowing. Eating isn't going to take the stress away long-term. It's going to make me fatter and more stressed...why is that so difficult to see when you're reaching for a packet of crisps, though?

    Onwards and upwards (but not on the scale!!).

    Successes/struggles this week: successes include tracking everyday, steadily increasing my water intake, no binging. Struggles include eating out twice this week. Also I'm also struggling on eating better, not necessarily just cutting calories.

    Successes/struggles this week: Again, nutrition continues to be a struggle. I'm logging everything, even when I'm stress eating. This has helped somewhat. I've stepped up my game in my training. Those miles get a little better every time I go out.
