Just weighed in. Yikes. Starting a 6 week challenge at work. Need to lose 45-55 pounds. Holy Moly!

    I know the feeling! I recently gained some lbs and didn't realize so today I'm starting to try and lose 30 lbs! Add me for some support along the way :smiley:

    The best day to start was years ago, the next best day is today. Get it done!

    Also, don't try and lose 55lbs in 6 weeks. Feel free to add me if you need some support.

    Great! Be sure to set a realistic, short-term goal, to accomplish your big goal of 55lbs. 4% of body weight loss in 4-6 weeks might be something to set?
