    I am so, so proud of you. I talk about your progress all the time and my husband, who doesn't know you from adam, often asks how you're doing. I showed him your pictures today and he said - my gosh, he's half.

    Not quite, i said, but 93 pounds less than he was and headed toward being half the man he used to be physically, but twice the man he used to be emotionally and spiritually.
