I am beyond thrilled! The last time I weighed what I do now, I was 14! Throw in some highschool, a husband, and 2 kids.. with years of yo-yo dieting in between...i started my journey at 5ft 3 in. and 178 pounds..the picture that finally convinced me to change..

10 months.. with some months being better than others..I didn't do alot of exercise the first 4 months or so..now I work out 3x a week.0 -

Thank you! That's inspirational! I just can't fit in hard core, 2 hour work outs daily... I figure slow and steady..... and exercise 2-3 days per week.... Good for you!!!0
