Are Cortaid and Relacor effective cortisol reducers, or are they also marketing gimmicks? Anyone have any success using them?

As a result, the companies had to pay millions of dollars in refunds and to stop making unproven claims about their products.0 -
Not that effective.
Also cortisol ISN'T that bad to have. Too much yes, but cortisol is produced when exercising. Any stress to the body will produce cortisol, it's the event of what causes it to over produce that should be addressed IE stress.
