One Year with MFP---And 69 pounds gone forever

Well I'm one year down with MFP and 69 pounds gone as well! I'm about 25 away from my goal and so excited to almost be there!
From 230 to 160--the lowest weight in my adult life--and finally under that lying driver's license number!
Things I did:
Made small changes
Everything in moderation
Preplanned meals
