You look amazing! Huge accomplishment!
I have a few questions, if you're open to answering them?
How tall are you?
What type of exercise did you use?
How many calories did you average each day?
I started a couple pounds heavier than you (224), and I'm 5'8", so your progress is very inspiring!0 -

I am 5'4. I started out with a goal of 1200 calories. I used to give myself a treat day every week and allowed myself to go over. I use a fitbit that syncs my excercise calories to MFP and I always try to have a deficit. I am starting to be more active but in the beginning I did not excercise much. Maybe 30 minutes of walking for a few days a week. The eating was my problem, I could easily over eat or go all day without eating. Both are just as bad. It was very hard but I started eating 6 meals a day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and 3 snacks. I changed my habits to include more clean eating less processed food.
My first month, I actually lost 15 pounds with just eating right, I didnt do any excercise with the exception of trying 2 zumba classes. I started light walking in my 2nd month. I still don't workout, but I have started to be more active since I got my Fitbit in July.0 -
