Yummy Snack

I make my own homemade greek style yogurt. Today I took a half a cup (plain), added 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 T. flax seed, and 1/2 packet of Stevia. It was AMAZING! It was very much like eating ice cream because the frozen blueberries made the yogurt kind of like an icee...YUM And only 90 calories! Can't beat that

Oops- I forgot to add in the 30 calories for the flax seed. Even still, at 120 calories, it was amazing0
