Do you mean you wake up in the middle of the night to eat, or you like to eat a snack at night?0

My suggestion is that you just plan for it and save some calories for night eating.0

I wake up at the middle of the night with no reason and then I go eating and i can't stop. That's frustrating0

Whenever I get a late night craving I eat pickles since they have zero calories and then drink some water to rinse the acid out because it is bad for your teeth. If I'm not hungry enough to eat pickles then I am not hungry enough to eat anything else. I hope that helps :-)0

Well if you're waking up in the middle of the night hungry make sure your deficit is not too aggressive. If it is appropriate, check your macros to make sure you're getting enough fat and protein.0 -
I have that problem and I hate it...I do so well at work and believe me we cater lunch all the time but once I get home..it's like those boxes of monster cereal mock me at night.0

Be aware of the increase in sodium though which will lead to water retention. I fully expect to have the scale not show much of any progress if I consume a lot of sodium that week. The weight is lost though, you just have to weight for the water to pass through your system.

I tried to stop but it is impossible. I think that's a trastorn and it would be interesting to talk with a psychologistNoDadNotTonight wrote: »I have that problem and I hate it...I do so well at work and believe me we cater lunch all the time but once I get home..it's like those boxes of monster cereal mock me at night.

Try eat 5 or 6 SMALL meals through out the day. Weigh out proportions, stick to it. Get rid of the cereal boxes. Try some quick steel cut oats instead. The carbs are better then cereal and will stick with you longer. Flavor with some no calorie coffee flavoring or low/no calorie jam. Make your last meal shortly before bed time. A piece of chicken (protein), oats (complex carbs), no sugar.. Stick within your calorie boundrys. Exercise as much as possible, am is best. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. Good luck, YOU CAN DO IT!!0

In addition to the above, you could save more calories for dinner so you won't go to bed hungry.0
