I'm looking to form a small group of around 50 people looking to lose weight the HEALTHY WAY! We will focus on making this a healthier lifestyle and try to lose 1 pound a week! NO CRASH DIETERS!

We will also play games like "Survivor" Weight loss, Biggest Loser, have challenges, share recipes, anything that helps us stay motivated and support one another! I'm open to ideas!!!!

    This is exactly what I need. I have 60 lbs. to lose and I'm ready! I want to get in healthy eating and exercise habits before the holidays are here. Now is the time.

    I wanna lose 20 pounds but I have trouble thinning my midsection. I'm trying to do cardio because I'm pretty athletic. I do workout programs like insanity and go to the gym to lift weights as well. It's just my mid section that's ao stubborn! Help?!?
