Hi, curious to hear stories about those that had a starting weight of 150 and went down 30 pounds. What kind of diet, calories, exercise, how long it took, height, etc.

I am 5'2" and have gone from 158 to 128.5. Began in March, and am hoping to get to 125. I eat what I want and have averaged about 1550 calories per day. I am quite active, but do not currently do any specific exercise.0

I'm 5'2 and right now I'm trying to eat 1200 cal a day cause I know for me that's where I have to be to see the changes I want to see in the time frame I want. If u want to lose slower u can have more. I started at 172 and today I am 159 that's in 44 days on my fitness pal.0

5'1", started at 170, down to 124, looking to go to 115, and to maintain around 120.
Calorie deficit at between 1200 and 1400, no food restrictions, and a treadmill. I try to stay strictly to 1200 net calories. It has taken me since March 1 of this year to get to where I am right now, which is 46 pounds down.0 -

Same here I started at 230.3 I'm now 158 so I've lost 71.3 lbs in the last 8 months on myfitnesspal. my ultimate goal is to get to 125 lbs. would love to add some of you girls for encouragement0
