I have to be missing something

I measure out a recipe as follows:

Tared the glass bowl:

550 grams of BumbleBee Light Tuna - 491 calories
165 grams of diced peppers (mixed colors) - 47 calories
100 grams of diced red onion - 30 calories
100 grams of Costco medium salsa - 33 calories
80 grams of Wickles relish - 75 calories
100 grams of chipotle mayo - 639 calories

Calories all added up come to 1,315 for the entire bowl. I divide that out by 13 servings to get approx 100 calories per 100 gram serving. It just seems low compare to nutritional information I see in other recipes. Maybe I'm not just trusting my own math but maybe another set of eyes will open up something I'm forgetting.

That looks about right. Most of calories are in the tuna and mayo.
    Nice recipe you made :)

How many grams did it total out to? I would have guessed 1100g for the 1315 calories, which I would calculate at 11 100g servings at 132 calories per serving.

    Calories: 1315/13 = 101.15
    Grams: 1095/13 = 84.24
101 calories per 84 gram serving
Approximately 100 cal/100 gram serving, sure
    Pretty low calorie ingredients.

Be careful with the approximating. 84->100g is about 19% increase, so the 101kcal/84g is actually closer to 120 kcal/100g
